Blue Star Performance has 2 seperate facilities with over 9000 total sq. ft.

One facility is where we dissemble, reassemble the cars and have our parts department. The other facility (Blue Star Body Works) is where the body and paint work is performed. This way once a car is painted, we can remove it from the dirty body shop environment and assemble it in a clean atmosphere.

At Blue Star Body Works we have a semi-down draft paint booth with a 1.3 million BTU heater to cure the paint and give a super durable, super shiny finish. We have a PPG paint mixing system on-site and our painter is PPG Certified.

At Blue Star Performance, where the assembly takes place, we have a fully stocked parts department to make reassembly as smooth as possible. We have 2 lifts that allow us to properly install and perfectly detail all of those under the car componets.
